My husband and I pulled up to this AMC (Magic Johnson in MD) expecting to watch a movie in a clean environment, however when we walked inside, the outside front of the theater is absolutely disgusting. There was trash all over the ground and trash bins overflowing.
We then went to our theater and seats and the floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. Out chairs had leftover wrappers and food on them, and we felt nasty even sitting down.
Desired outcome: Have custodians/workers clean and take pride in a clean theater
Absolutely disappointed. Will be going to other AMC’s in the future.
