Extra Space Storage

I rented a storage unit at extra space at Parklawn Drive Rockville last July 2023. I came into my unit at 1507 today around 12nn to get some stuffs but I notice one of the drawer where I put my passport and some money is not there where I place it. The lock is intact not broken but my drawer is open which supposed to be locked. I last came there last Tuesday Nov 14 at 1-2:30pm my passport, social security of my daughter plus mine too and a bundle of money still there but today when I came it not there anymore. I call the police to have a police report.

The person who helped me to get my unit gave me an open package of lock which I found it suspicious but that day I trusted her because she said it’s new the lock and she said so that it won’t so difficult for me to open the package. Please help me
