My son checked in 5 days ago. I am paying my son’s rent, he is a student intern. ESA screwed up the reservation, claiming my son didn’t pay all 8 weeks in advance. Then the room was filthy. The floors hadn’t been cleaned and still food crumbs in the kitchen. Then, he discovered he had no kitchen supplies. He had to eat out. The front desk said they said they don’t have any extras and they aren’t obliged to provide these things (INCORRECT, your marketing materials advertise a fully stocked kitchenette). There is also no “free breakfast”—just a rack for dried oatmeal packets which is EMPTY. Maintenance of room also a problem? There is clearly a severe management problem.
Desired outcome: A response +partial refund for the 1 week (so far) my son has had to eat out due to having no kitchen supplies. For room to be stocked as promised.
