I went to 9774 Groffs Mill Dr
Owings Mills, MD 21117 at around 2:15pm on 12/16/2021 but the order taker at the drive through kept saying "I don't understand You" so I kept repeating, I want the Mariah Carey deal for Christmas promotion, but she ignored my request, so I said I will come inside the restaurant but a person said something and blocked my way, so I went back to the drive through to order again but the order taker said the same "I don't understand You". I was confused but then I realized they were discriminating. I feel this complaint produces a positive outcome and I feel no one should go Through this, I came here only because it is close to my residence and my lunch break from work was only 1 hour and could not drive to another location which I had visited earlier (MacDonalds, Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD) which has excellent and courteous customer service. Also, on 12/16/2021, there were customers who were getting there food promptly through the drive through without any problem unlike me.
