Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank)

I was in the hospital when traction were made on my account and now they will not refund my overdraft or place my money into my account I never had the card or pocket book at the hospital never got out until August 7th 2023 was placed in a semi coma why there even due to seizures this is wrong somehow they have I was in possession of the cards which I wasn't seems like Everytime I called Truist had different information and wasn't like when it does the first time my information was being changed by them and not me
