Be on the alert for worker fraud at this store. I brought my auto in for an oil change and wiper blade change. The technician, N. Jarman, tried to sell me another radiator flush after I just had one about a year prior. He was insistent that the radiator was dirty and would be a problem unless I had it flushed. I had another auto service center check the radiator coolant and was told that it was clean and would protect to 20 below zero. Total savings: $89
Customers should only rely on this place for oil changes. Do not trust the recommendations unless verified by another auto service center.
There is no way half that story is true.
The CSA, which is the first set of initials on the upper right hand corner of your invoice, is the one to tell you which service(s) your vehicle needs, based on the manufacturer's recommendations. NOT "N. Jarman", A first initial followed by the last name on the bottom of the paper in the comment section, is a manager who Quality Inspected you vehicle. They do not have time to attempt to sell you services you do not need.
Jiffy Lube is the one who will be more honest, telling you about your car and if you have to go to another auto shop because you do not believe Jiffy Lube, you might want to consider learning more about routine maintenance for your vehicle.
