I was at the hospital and the hospital sent a prescription to the giant pharmacy on 7/28/2023. Pharmacist told me it’s required prayer pharmacy store number #169 pharmacy phone is [protected] Authorization. I waited for almost one week thank I called the pharmacy pharmacist told me still required praye authorization I waited and today I came to the pharmacy pharmacist Anu Row told me there is no prescription sent from the hospital. I called the hospital and they confirmed that the dr sent the prescription. Than the pharmacist admitted that yes she has received the prescription from the hospital. And still she was keeping telling me that it’s required payer authorization. I called the insurance and I was on speaker with them so the pharmacist can hear it to the insurance company told me that it’s does not require payer authorization. Pharmacist Anu Row she was not a professional at all and she told me that take your prescription somewhere else.
