My wife and I belive we have been the subject of a very well choreographed scam by InnSeasons. In this regard, we agreed to the purchase of a Diamond membership. The cost was in excesss of $50, 000. We were promised by Inn Seasons sales representative, Mr. Ric Lainhart, that he would personally negotiate rental of our points/propert which would cover the cost of many of our expenses. Immediately after the purchase, Mr. Lainhart disappeared and has not responded to e-mails or agreements. InnSeasons management denies knowledge of his whereabouts or our arrangements. I know of at least one other Diamond member who has been victim of this scam. If I can locate or connect with at least 4 or 5 other persons who have fallen victim to his fraud/scam I am certain i can get my state Attorney General involved in proceedings. I can be contacted at [protected] (toll-free). My aim is to have the contract terminated and our money plus damages.
I am in the process of securing legal action as well as trying to initiate a criminal complaint agains InnSeasons for their activities. I can be reached at [protected],

InnSeason Resorts, Pollard Brook, Lincoln, NH
In November of 2007, I attended a seminar at Pollard Brook Timeshare Resorts in Lincoln, NH. I had previously and subsequently visited many other timeshare resort seminars and have never been subjected to the high pressure sales tactics I experienced at Pollard Brook.
I told them I could not afford to purchase their timeshare. They then offered me a resale timeshare for $7, 800 and agreed to finance it. I was told all fees for the first year would be waived. I was also told that they did not "deal" with credit bureaus and there was no risk to my credit if I purchased this timeshare.
After approximately three hours, I relented and purchased a timeshare. I later discovered I had not even seen the timeshare I had purchased. I was shown other timeshares that were not even in the section I purchased. It turned out I had purchased a timeshare in the "old" section. I attempted to get on the computer to find out more about InnSeasons and Pollard Brook but discovered I could not get in as a member yet.
In January of 2008, I began getting bills for almost $2, 000.00 yearly in maintenance fees and other fees from Pollard Brook. I do not have the ability to pay these fees and so I have not paid them. I have never used the timeshare or rented it. Now, they are claiming I owe them $4, 000.00 in addition to the $140.00 monthly payment I make to them.
I have no idea what to do about this.
I was promised free plane tickets and all of these other perks for attending their seminar. These were not free and were never utilized.
I agree it is a scam and would like to take action against this company!
