Macy's - crdeit card fraud & identity theft

On June 6, 2011 a friend of mine recieved a bill in the mail from Macy's for his Mother Catherine Blake Formerly of 5 Avila rd. Billerica, Ma. The statement thanked her for opening a new Macy's account On May 28, 2011 and showed a balance of $1, 429.00 for the Purchases of Fine Watches-Gucci Bracelets for $1650.00 at the Square One Mall In Saugus, Massachusettes with a new account savings of $350.63 a Massachusettes sales tax of $103.13 & showing a reciept total of $1, 753.13 also a Credit Pro fee of $26.50 . I advised my friend to contact the Police immediatlely in which he did @ 1933 Billerica Police Department incident report Now deemed as Case # 11-01208. On June 7, 2008 I called the store and requested to speak with the Store manager Mark Marchetti @ [protected] ext 2222 to ask him how someone who died on February 11, 2011 and is buried in Fox hill Cemetary with another one of her sons could have possibly made these purchases, I remained on hold for over 30 minutes he never responded. The response we recieved is dated June 15, 2011 from Phillips & Cohen Associates, of Wilmington, Delaware & Weymouth, Massachusettes addressed to the Estate of Catheron Blake asking to accept their condolences & by the way theirs a balance due of $ 3781.84. Please note her Name isn't spelled correctly. I find this to be appalling for the grieving family Catheron was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in November 2010 she Died February 11, 2011 at the age of 63. Now comes a store like Macy's authorizes a fraudulent account obviosly some form of Identity Theft and this is how they respond extrorting money from her estate. Shame on you Macy's for this reason I will never shop your stores and I'm passing my concerns on to all my friends, family & neighbors. The federal Trade commission has been notified other stores that have notified us of Fraudelent charges have worked with me without ado, Best Buy, Target, Sears, Kohls, & JC Penny their deligence in these matters has been appropriate. MACY"S APPALLING and the Person who has stolen the identity of this wonderful Lady after her death shame on you & May God forgive you because no one else will . The Frosting on the cake is that while her children are paying their respect on Memorial Day weekend to the dearly departed . Someone went on a Shopping Spree! Shame on You & Shame On Macy's
