Padding is very firm which is good... "but"... I can hardly operate the return to home position of the chair (and I am no weakling)! We need two people to operate it! It has been creating leg muscle spasms with just a leg kicking push return of footrest section by user, I would like to exchange it for another recliner chair at "big lots" however we have already recycled the giant beat up box it came in so original packaging is not available... Chair is 2 days old in our home.
