Dollar Tree - Harassment and intimation

On July 14th, 2023, I was shopping at store # 4820 in Randolph, Massachusetts, while I was shopping, I was followed and stared at while trying to purchase items by a manager and employee, Store security camera can validate I behavior in terms of not acting in a suspicious manner, I was followed up to the register line while waiting to cash out for purchase. I felt nervous, afraid, and being intimated. If someone from your office can investigate this matter would help ease some of my fears of going back to that store. Going forward, my hope is to have a positive experience while shopping at the Dollar Tree Stores. A reply from someone within Human Resource Department at your earliest convenience is greatly appreciated. I can be reached at [protected].

Dollar Tree - on professionalism and disgusting customer service

Good afternoon,

I went to Dollar Tree on 330 North Main Street and Randolph Massachusetts around
1:20 p.m to purchase pick Up some things for my house like I do every Saturday. When I walked into the store there was about 15 people Waiting to check out after picking up the things I needed I seen the line with still long so I kind of wander around and till a ghats shorter. The line Never got shorter in fact a continued to grow after waiting about 10 minutes I went to be cash register which was a older African American woman name Maylianne, and asked where was her help?! The cashier then told me that she was the only one checking people out because her manager was in the back training someone. I ask the cashier Was the manager aware that her line was going down a full aisle. The cashier responded she's aware. I knocked on the manager door looking for the manager and a young white woman by the name of Tina Open the door and said by law I'm allowed a 30 minute break! I looked at Tina and discussed in disbelief for the fact that she sees her Store as being the manager in disarray and she does nothing! This was a worse experience at the store in I honestly don't believe this young woman should be a manager. Tina kept Repeating that she is allowed a 30 minute break I'm manager myself and as a manager you take care of the customer whether you've had a break or not.! She then close the door for another 15 to 20 minutes and came back out smiling and said she had to go to the bathroom. When she came back from the bathroom she went back into the manager's Room and didn't come back out until I checked out and said I wanted to speak to her. I told her how unprofessional she is and I was going to make it my point to make sure that management knows about this situation.
