Boston Market - Service at Medford location.

I went in to get dinner at 6:00.
They ran out of mashed potatoes - no problem.
I asked for a family-size container - they were out.
I ordered my sides and asked for three chicken breasts.
A man came out to tell me it was cheaper to buy the whole chicken. I said, no thanks, I want three breasts.
He said again. It's cheaper. I said no but thank you.
Then he walked away, mumbling he was only doing his job. I said, and I thanked you. Why the attitude?
He started a yelling match and me to leave the store if I didn't like it. I turned to my mother and said, seriously?
He started yelling at me again. He walked to the back, still screaming. He came back out front and was still carrying on. My mother finally told him to shut up.

This man should not be anywhere near the store.
I am a paying customer who told him three times what I wanted. I said no thank you three times.

I'm in sales, and I teach sales. I never taught anyone to treat a customer like that.
It was deplorable disrespectful behavior, and it needs to be reported.
I will never go back and will tell anyone I see and know not to go there.
My receipt is attached. My review will not be kind.

Desired outcome: Fire him or a serious reprimand on how not to treat customers. Train your staff on customer service.

Boston Market - Customer service

I ordered a Family meal at Boston Market. I did it on line. It stated that the site was down after I completed everything. There was a $10.00 coupon for the Family meal. I took down the code in case I needed it. I called the store, spoke with a gentlemen, told him about the situation, he said no worries, what's your name. Took the order and said pick it up in a half hr. I went to pick it up, had a total different story. A worker came over to me, not knowing if he was the one I spoke with. I told him about the situation. He asked if I had the code. I left it on my computer. I tried going on my phone to get it, but at my age 72 elderly, and a heart condition, I was getting very nervous and upset with the action that was taken by this person. He said to me I can not do anything for you unless you have the code. I then said I think I spoke to you on the phone and you stated not to worry about the code. Took my name and that was it. He said to me I will give you 5 dollars off your order. I then responded back to him that I did not want the order and to cancel it. There was a woman sitting there taping all of this as I was trying to pick up my order. Nothing was said in a bad way. This person had no customer service skills, as well as his professional skills. I was treated as though I was a minority. Boston Market needs to hire workers that are not racist, have customer service skills, and greeting skills and to know how to deal with an issue that has nothing to do with the customer. This also happened to our Family on Thanksgiving. We had called to put an order in. Never got anyone for like half an hr to answer the phone. When I finally got someone, I asked about getting all veggies that you have to be ordered for Thanksgiving. He stated to me we only have a few. I was willing to pay extra for the veggies, but was told there were only two veggies coming with the Turkey Dinner. This was a disaster at this store. I have been going to Boston Market, ever since you opened This store in Medford, Mass needs to be addressed. The workers are not pleasant, always on their phones, place is dirty, no customer service whatsoever. Need to reevaluate the staff. I dont know where these employees came from, but some need to go. The one person I am referring to goes by the name of RODLIN I asked for his name He wrote it on a NAPKIN how professional was that and I told him I would be contacting the corporate office and his remark was OK. I am very upset and do not think I will ever go back to that location in Medford, Mass unless there is a complete renovation of the staff and management. What a disgrace to Medford, Mass with these managers.

Desired outcome: As a courtesy, maybe take care of the meal for New Years, as well as the Family meal for Thanksgiving.
