AutoZone - Rude experience with the cashier

I was at the 687 Lynnway Lynn Ma Autozone store around 6pm on March 1 2021. I had purchased a device to hold my phone and wirelessly charge it, it amounted to $39.99 plus sales tax. I opened the package and attempted to install on my windshield when I noticed that part of was broken. I immediately returned to the same store where I purchased the device. I was approached by a different male cashier it was not the same polite cashier that helped me when I purchased it. This cashier was much older than the original cashier. I said I will like to return this because it's broken, he asked rudely "where, where is it broken?" I said the part that has the threads that connect the two parts together is broken. He then grabbed the part that was broken and try to put it on himself and said "there it's fixed it's not broken, while shaking his head". As though I was trying to pull as fast one. I said no it's still broken because if you attach the other piece you will see it's not secure. He said no it's fix, I said it's broken and I do not want it I just bought it a few minutes ago. Hey said " oh yeah, show me the receipt". I said I don't have a receipt it's in the computer. He got more and more upset. The original cashier had to come over and politely ask if I could open up the email sent from them, I did and he scanned it. While I was doing this the other cashier walked away mumbling words like brakes it then comes back to return it. First of all I got a manufacture defect and I refuse to be ok with that. I said to him what are you saying that I returned this because I need the money? I then opened my wallet and showed him my money, I had a grand in cash why would I buy something that I wanted only to return it a few minutes later. He looked at me with a mean serious look and eyes wide opened teeth clenched together and said did I say that, I never said you didn't have money. I said no but you mumbled word when you left and he said as he walked away once again I was talking to myself. Meanwhile the polite cashier is doing his job. Hey said to the other cashier that I wasn't two years old I know what you said and accusing me of breaking it is not right and your not being professional. He said I don't care. I said I was going to contact corporate and let them know what kind of employee you are. Again I don't care. The polite cashier told him in Spanish to stop and let it be. He said th the polite cashier he's lying and he's a [censored]. However they didn't realize that I was fluent in Spanish I confronted the cashier and said I know Spanish, he said you know Spanish, you really know Spanish you [censored]er I said to him in Spanish that in fact he is the [censored]er and has to be living on welfare to afford to live I. Eastern Massachusetts with the wages he earns from this jobs. I just had enough from this guy. Looking at me and saying things to me like I was some sort of lowlife. He addressed me like he wanted to kill me. He definitely does not belong in retail, and furthering he should've walked away and had the other younger male cashier handle the situation as he did but should've kept his comments to himself and stayed away. I am a father of four children and all I was doing is returning a defective item I, nor anyone else should have to put up with
This from anyone expected an employee. I want this person terminated. Like I said there were two male cashiers one was young like in his early twenties and the other was older like in his late thirties. The older one is the one that I am complacent about.
