This company is the most fraudulent shipping company I've ever dealt with. They falsify their tracking. I submitted a customer service request On 12/9 asking where my package was a week later after it showed it was being out for delivery & delayed on 12/3 and later that day they put on their tracking that it was loaded onto the vehicle at 4:16 PM, out for delivery at 4:17 PM, and delivered at 4:18 PM When in reality it was never delivered. So where is my package? They have nothing but thieves that work there stealing peoples packages.
