Wendy’s

I buy frostys every week I bring them home and freeze them. The last 3 times I went they told me they had no chocolate. I paid for 24 key tags, I have been doing this for at least 4 years, can I get my money back for the key tags? I would like the frostys instead but I guess someone doesn't want to do their job. They tell me they have no chocolate or the machine is broken. Please reply
