CVS

My prescription for Wegovy was ordered by my doctors office on June 30th sent to CVS in Stoughton Ma. I thought it was odd I hadn't received a call I figured it was an insurance issue and my doctors office didn't send it in. When I inquired after after a long waited over 20 days I found out it wasn't a stocked item it was never ordered. I was told to come back tomorrow after 4 pm.

I'm diabetic I'm on a weight loss program and this prescription is to help me. Please don't be concerned over it I feel like I'm a joke to CVS in Stoughton.
This is unacceptable. You need to do something about these incompetent employees. This is a serious situation. I'm now over 22 in my program and still don't have my meds to help me.
