CVS

My complaint S-3159175. Have been complaining to customer service, E-mails, letters to CEO, Better Business Bureau and store manager for 18 months - to no avail! No shopping carts available for customers. Am handicap and need for mobility and to carry my items to checkout! CVS has totally ignored my pleas - Keep saying carts "on order" never have an ETA! Now stating on District Managers call! So sick of this battle - take care of your customers! Stop ignoring my requests!
