Regal Cinemas

I'm writing a review on the parking garage at this theatre. The parking attendant is extremely rude and verbally aggressive to customers. I went over the 4 hours (validation only covers 4 hours) by 15 minutes. I didn't know I had to pay the full day rate of $38. Instead of the parking attendant explaining that to me. He started to yell at me to check the prices on my phone and took the sign with the prices and wanted to throw it at me. I called regal and spoke with jacob, the supervisor on duty, and he said I had to call vpne, the agency who employs the parking attendants, but there's nothing he can do since regal doesn't employ the parking attendant. Unfortunately regal lost a customer since they don't seem to care what happens to their customers after a watching a movie there. I did call vpne, but the supervisor wasn't in so I left a message with the secretary frae, who said the supervisor would call me bsck as soon as possible. I never received a call back.
