Ideal Image

I purchased a package deal for 3 BBL procedures.

They made a appt after paying them for 3 months. I asked for my money back within 24 hours but conveniently got a cancelation. It was just to shut me up because they barely touched my face. They just made the motions. My face never even got pink. I went for the 2nd procedure and that was done correctly. My face went thru the process of getting pink.. Drying.. And flaking.

I went and had a HALO done in Boston. It's a more intense procedure. My face looked wonderful after healing. A few months later I went for my 3rd BBL at Ideal Image. Again she barely touched my face. I left and my face was pink for a few hours and that's it. I am trying to talk to them and they sent me an email saying my face looked wonderful from the BBL treatments. They know I had the HALO procedure done and they are trying to take the credit. They asked me to come in after I complained because they wanted to take a picture. I asked about the other pictures they said they had taken each time I went in and actually one girl put my goggles on and then said she needed to take a few pictures. There wasn't any. Why would she say I am going to take some pictures.. pretending she is doing it. After my HALO procedure my face looked fantastic. The girl doing my final BBL asked me if I wanted her to work on my roses cheeks. I had to tell her I don't have rosacea.. it is my complexion from the HALO.

I told this girl 2 times that I couldn't feel anything and maybe she had the lighting on low. She totally ignored me. Ideal image is taking credit for my beautiful skin from MY HALO PROCEDURE. I told them I had it done at least 10 times. I showed them a picture of my face after the HALO and my face a day after the BBL. My face looks awful after the BBL. I am enclosing 2 pictures the one before I went to ideal image and my beautiful sk8n after the HALI AND 2nd one is after the BBL
