La Quinta Inns & Suites

On Saturday 17, 2012 we request a room, they say us it have a smoking room available only, which I accepted, because was late on the night, I find out that the bathroom was in terrible condition, dirty and also it seens to me that the sheets on the bed was unchanged at all, I complain to the reception desk, and I ask for the refund, because I don't wanted to spend the night in that dirty room, the attendant told me that he can't give me the refund, because the hotel policy, for me this is a repoff, I'm sure I going loss that money, but you loss a customer. I won't recommend this hotel to nobody. And please don't send me an e-mail anymore.
