Simply went into my nearest racetrack

To redeem my items (kingsize candy bar and small ice cream) Went to cash register

To complete it all and for some reason I was being told it’s only accepting one item

The was a lace of attention or concern in my situation I told them disregard the ice cream then if my points where redeemed

For the king size candy bar I’ll just accept that an leave but I was told do to what ever situation I couldn’t do that either by that point I just got frustrated told them to keep everything an I just politely left out the store an proceeded with filing this Complaint

I've visited this location weeks ago for swirl world yogurt. The hot fudge pump was there but broken handle/pump. It was still dirty & old bag still in the pump container. I brought it to the attention of employees. They told me a customer broke it a while back! Went back to this location today (5-10-19) figuring it would be fixed. Nope... No luck. Even the caramel was empty & dirty. I asked 2 employees standing behind counter for a manager. I wanted to speak to them about the repair/replacement of the hot fudge pump. One girl told me she was a manager but she had a manager over her. I asked if they were in. She said no & she thought they wouldn't be in next week. Now just for you to know who I am talking to that said she was a manager... She had her arms out of both armholds of her jacket, arms of jacket just dangling (empty), her arms inside the jacket all zipped up! I asked for a complaint phone number she couldn't provide & told me they had one on the door. I went look & seen none! While she is still in her jacket all zipped up & no help. I can tell you if a health inspector would pass around those pumps, you wouldn't pass. Shame that they have such a nice swirl bar & can't fix broken. When it was working months ago, it was always empty! Please help!
