Today Feb. 22, 2020 My party of 8 arrived at this olive garden around 3:00 pm.
We were seated and the server Angie R. proceeded to get drink orders. I asked for a raspberry tea. She asked me if I really wanted that flavor of tea and named all the teas available. I told her I wanted Raspberry. When she brought the drinks I tasted the tea and told her I was sorry but it tasted like sweet tea with a hint of Raspberry. She put in at least a quarter of the glass with the raspberry flavor. She went back and after 10 minutes returned and informed me the next time I order that tea to ask for three quarters of flavor and the rest tea. I should have known it wasn't going to be a pleasant meal .Four of our party ordered stuffed shells, two ordered meals to go, I ordered soup and salad and one ordered spaghetti. When the orders came out my son got zita instead of shells. She brought me my soup last and told him they would bring his order out after they checked the original order. He received the stuffed shells and was told they were considering it a refill. When were finished and got the bills our friends had ordered water and were charged for ice tea. I was charged 11.49 for my soup and salad. The price for the soup and salad on the menu for lunch was 5.49 and even if they were going to charge me for dinner the price was only 7.99. When Angie was asked she said they charged the salad separately on Saturdays. I have checked their menu and nowhere is this information printed. Her attitude was not the best towards us asking the questions. Needless to say we left very unhappy. We visit this restaurant on a monthly basis. We as Senior Citizens expect the employees to show some respect and make us comfortable went we have be courteous to them
