I called the 1-800 number in reserved a truck for november 2nd 2019 it was confirmed gave my debit card information and everything was completed less then a hour before pick up I was given a call saying they are unable to provide a truck rental at this time this was happen twice to me in one day with uhaul repeated the same thing at another location that was given to me that was provided with availability of truck service for the same date also received a call that my resvertaion cancellation was canceled on my behalf though this isn't fair would like to get this matter taken care of as soon as possible wasn't able to get my furniture I had to be picked up at a certain time because they close early on saturdays so I might have lost a place for this furniture that me and my family was in need for I dealt with you how many times and I never experienced that one time anything like this
