I contacted Trapp Chevrolet in Houma, Louisiana to make an appointment to have my 2016 Malibu checked out, as my engine light keeps coming on and going off. Also, infotainment screen won't come on. My radio plays, but I can't do smything on it and I have no backup cameras.

I was told that since I was not in their system for having having my car serviced there before, they could not take my car to check out it.
