Red Roof Inn, New Orleans - Westbank. Blood on comforter of one of beds and when I pulled the covers back the bedding looked as if someone had died in it, stained with who knows what and used condom left IN the other bed… Clearly bedding hadn't been cleaned! Roaches crawled from behind the headboards and were crawling in mirror in bathroom area. The bathroom was sickening and all the floors were filthy, I wouldn't allow my children to touch anything… I immediately put my family back in the car and went and requested another room. They didn't want to give me one but offered me clean sheets if I'd come back in an hour to get them? Long story short, we did not stay at this horrible place! Myself, my husband and our three children had to sleep in our vehicle that night because there were no rooms available anywhere else on Dec 30th due to the upcoming holiday…. And even though they advertise their "hassle free guarantee" where you don't pay if they can't accommodate your concerns, we had prepaid for 4 days and didn't get a single dime back! Not one dime! Definitely an embarrassment to the Red Roof Brand.
