RaceTrac - Store employee

On 4/15/2023, another person and I was approached by a lady employee at racetrack who initiated social contact with intent to enforce possible solicitation. I advised her that the conversation with me and the guy was not that. She began to aggravatingly oppose what I was telling her by telling me that I cannot tell her who to talk to. I advise that I was not and that I was taking up for the guy who she accuses of her wrong assumptions. She then turned to a aggressive character, failing to listen and therefore creating the problem. She further used some type of provocative action in her speech and by saying leave, and when I walked up to her to get her to talk to her to make her understand

she continues to create provocative actions by closing the door in my face as if I had the intent to walk in or force my way in. Later this same day at approximately, 9:00pm I purchased a cold drink and ask her was she going to call the police on me for buying this drink. She got very aggressive and tried to tell me I could not talk, and I told her that she can’t come up to me like she did after I told her what the situation was. She got very aggressive with her tone and I told her to call the police. She therefore call me a “stupid [censored]” in front the whole store and pointed at the camera and told me to call that number on the door. Later a police passed, I told him this story and the police basically supported her advising me that they (women in store) would make something up and I will get the bad end of it all. Furthermore, another employee supported the other one, coming from outside, so she therefore did not witness the entire conflict; she further expressed provocation with the door, creating a provoking action by grabbing the door to close me out. The action is provoking due to there being no intent to force my way into the store. This action is intended to provoke. The provocation is further connected with misleading the police, but given them the right for whatever there from.

Desired outcome: Would like to know if a employee can call a customer “stupid [censored]” and still work there. For the provoking actions to stop with closing the door when there is no sign of any forced entry
