The $70 gift card I received for Mother's Day was used in full by someone else even though the card is still in my hand. For several months I have been calling to file a case and each time I've told corporate will call me within three days. To date I still have no phone call and nothing has been resolved. I would like a new card with the full balance that we paid for so that I can use it as it was intended. The card was purchased at the mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Horrible customer service!
