On 8/12/2025 I purchased a daily double meal from the location on 10th street in williamsburg ky the food was cold I asked if they could at least give me some fresh fries the girl took the fries and brought me the same fries back not once but two times she stated the last one just came out of fryer however the was just as cold as the first batch that was given very poor customer service the fries tasted disgusting
Claimed loss: I eat out 5 days a week due to my job I know now this is yet again another McDonald's that I will not stop to eat at there are just a few in the area I work that is worth stopping to purchase my lunch
Desired outcome: Further train the crew on if a customer complains about food try and correct the problem instead of giving them more of the same food
