Sun Tan City

I started my sun tan city membership and was charged for something I was not told about in September. Never complained or asked for my money back. Then I was charged for the month of October was well (which was fine because I wanted a contract for the month of October not September). I was informed I would have a month contract that would end on the 31st. Then they pulled money out of my account on the first of November when I was told my contract would end on the 31st of october. Was told I could not be refunded the money. The employee who set my account up entered my information wrong so therefore I do NOT have access to the policies or contract. They told me they would give me a glow card but not a refund. I live over 100 miles away from a sun tan city salon so this is just money I can NOT use. They have stollen money from me in September and now have changed me and taken money from me in November. They have no intention on refunding me my money in any form because a glow card does me no good when I can NOT use it because of distance. I was lied to in the salon and now I have have over 100 dollars taken from my by this company. I would like my $75 dollars to be refunded. I had a life chat on their website and he removed me from the chat because he could not explain to me why my money couldn't be refunded and couldn't give me another option since I told him the glow card is useless because I live over 100 miles away. Not to mention how rude their employees are and how dissatisfied I was with their beds and bulbs and the way the salon is run.
