Delivery Order number: [protected] Order date: 11/14/2020 There was major confusion around this order. Apparently the person filling the order was new and she admitted that she did not know how to finalize the order. It was finally delivered without being finalized but now I see that there are 53 items listed on the order. I believe the number on the original order was 26. I am being charged for the additional items which I never ordered and never received. The items are all listed as substitutions. I don't know what happened but I do know that it appears the delivery person was inadequately trained. This includes all but one of the items listed as substitutions on the order. The substitution item that I did receive was Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie Frozen Meal. Neither Kroger customer service or my credit card company has been helpful in resolving the issue. Desired outcome: I want the overcharged amount refunded
