I just got charged 20$ for just 2 burgers no fries no drinks just the burgers n the manager was as rude as could be when I called them Manager pretty much told me that I had to get over it and that that’s what I paid for so that’s what I got and I think that is unfair $20 for two burgers is [censored]ing ridiculous that is crazy no fries no drink no nothing and she charge me $20 for two burgers who how why
Steak 'n Shake - service
I went to steak and shake in frankfort, my today with my son to eat and it didnt take as long as it usually does to be seated but it took awhile for her to take our orders and bring our drinks out. Not so long on food but they did mess our orders up, even though my son ate his anyways and waitress wasnt very friendly when I wanted mine remade. Then we ordered milkshakes and it took awhile to bring those out. I still paid full ticket and left small tip but no one wants to eat around grouchy and stressed waitresses. I am very upset about my service here at this location today and I go to steak and shake alot.
