Pizza Hut

I called in to order your 3 topping $10.00 tastemaker pizza at the 2129 N Woodlawn Wichita, Ks. Pizza Hut and they refused to deliver it even though the website clearly states that you can have it any way you want it carryout or delivery. I was told that I had to spend 2 dollars and some change more for them to deliver. I had to order a 2 liter of soda with the pizza in order to get them to deliver. Highly disappointed that you would run a special and refuse to deliver it because your selling the pizza for under the minimum delivery cost.
