First off, the screen didn't display what we ordered nor did they repeat it back, finally get our food 30 minuets later and they got 2 of the 3 drinks wrong. Go to pay and she says the card reader is down, something that should be said from the start they are lucky we had cash on us. This experience was a -2/10 Poot customer service, and you would think the food would have been at least warm when it came out but it wasn't.
Desired outcome: Do better
