Made an online purchase thru home depot topeka ks store 2207 website on may 02, 2020. Recieved confirmation order email from HD on May 2, 2020 7:24 am stated the were working on it. A whirlpool kitchen appliance suite $2319.19 pd thru paypal with card 8728. On may 3, 2020 recieved an email from home depot stating a problem w order they can not a paypal payment thru again to go to homedepot website and create new order and pay for it. I proceeded to do just that and put in my information and credit card 8728 at 10:35 am on may 03, 2020 the funds in the amount of 2116.96 were withdrawl from my account. I recieved an email reciept stating my order W857267264 was fullfilled and completed and delivered to my mailing/billing address May 2, 2020. I contacted my bank verfied they took the amount of 2116.96 from 8728. Contacted home depot in person spoke to book keeping Cathy she denied any reciept of monies refuse to look at the emailed reciept from Home Depot online tracking order. Refuse to give me a printout of their record the order they have verifing no monies recoived or applied to my order. Told me to take it up with my bank. I have no evidence to validate my claim that home depot did not recieve monies only a bogus reciept stating I have a fullfilled and completed order from them. I am a victim of a crime. I will be out 2116.96$ and no appliances I have paid for either. Olease help me I am a single mother of 3 small children. I only wanted to provide a stove that worked and a fridge to keep our food cold and diswasher microwave. I need my money back and they will not see my business ever again. Thank you
