June 29,2022.

Went into new castle branch.

Went to restroom before I was ordering.

The door had a huge portion of the wood missing where the 2 locks are.

I locked it as best as it would. Someone not knowing I was in there began to open the door and the whole lock and plate almost came off the wood.

Whomever it was heard my shrieks and walked away.

I was so upset that I just reported it to employee and left. Forgot about food.

She said ya there's a lot of stuff needs fixing here.

I told her that's why we don't come here any more.
