My dad had went to the walk up where he ordered his food . He ordered a funnel cake fries 2 valley burgers an 2 fry lover burgers no mustard an well done. Well Instead of getting the fry lovers burger they gave us a cup of fries when I called to inform them of the mistake I had to call back 3 times an then when someone did answer. The man said bring a receipt an the bag an I can help you an Hing up the phone . I found that to be really rude he had no idea why I was calling an futher more I don't think they ever change the grease they cook with
I am complaining about my order being not done correctly and when I called to complain it took me three times to get somebody to answer the phone and when they did finally answer the phone the guy on the other line said bring a receipt in the bag and we can help you and promptly hung up I found that to be very rude cuz he didn't know why I was calling if I had an issue or if I was just calling to say thank you the issue was with my order was at order to rally burgers a funnel cake fries 2 fry lover burgers well-done no mustard and instead I got to rally burgers no mustard huge cup of fries and a funnel cake fries
