Store manager checked about my script because it is one I need to call in every month for 3 months at a time, told me I did not have one and was rude about it so I called Lisa at doctor's office and she said I did and so she called them and he was also rude with her. She called me back to let me know it was there and that he was rude with her also. I did call back to get a name and it was store manager
