I ordered pizza and wings from your store and the wings container leaked sauce on my cars fabric seat and now they are ruined! The only thing the lady at the window would do it give me a more napkins. Now I will have to get it shampooed to get the sauce stain out and I want you to pay for it! This is completely unacceptable!
Desired outcome: Pay to have my seat cleaned!
