Fridge stopped working on 7/22/24, contacted Lowes warranty (Assurant) on 7/24/23 and claim was approved on 7/26/23.
Local technician was sent to my address twice and the guy stated new parts will be needed to fix the problem. I was told the parts will be mailed to my address within 10 working days, and was to contact the technician the minute the part was shipped to me. its been over two months without the parts. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and they keep telling me my case is still pending.
The last time I contacted them was today, 9/12/23 and it dawned on my they are giving me the run around and really do not have any intention of fixing the fridge.
I was informed I will have to wait till the part is available. The worse thing is they never give any update either by Email or phone, unless you contact them and even at that, they give you same nonchalant "we are working on your claim" response.
Desired outcome: Replacement of the appliance or refund of my money.
