Jackson Hewitt

I was quoted a price of 49.90 and a walmart gift card for filing my taxes with them. Office manager amanda mendoza at 5411 w. Washington indpls ind 46241. I agreed. She filed my taxes i thought. I asked for reciepts or my copys of state and federal taxes. She said on the cheapest route i went i dont get them. I was given her card and ive gotten emails also. Well my federal was deposited on my card but it was only 34.00. I flipped.even with taking the 49.99 for the fee. It should have been wsy more. When i called another jackson hewitt they dont have my name or s.s.# in their computer and im still waiting on my state. I dont know what she did or hiw she did it. I wish someone could tell me what the hell is going on..
