I have been a regular customer of Denys for a long time I carry my aarp card for a discount and my drivers licensee does say I am a vet

we always order 2 club sandwiches'grits coffee coke sweet ice tea. The place was empty except for one family eating after a 45 wait I live in marion ind it was rush hour so I did not check the the food I left to get home. What I got was raw bacon under cook fries cold coffee. My sweet ice tea was hot tea and two surgar bags. They did not have grits nor did they know what grits were I went to a dennys on the southside of indianapolis grits are a staple. I try to use my aarp discount they wou;d not take so this being veterens day The country was celebrating veterens day I asked about a militart discount I was told no discount

my bill was 30 dollers I have never paid motre then 15 I am not one to complain or am I seeking a refund but I have never expexted the service I got came from A dennys if I was at mcdonalds I would not be shock I have ever had service like this at a Dennys... Thank you jack l goldstein
