I put in an order at Culvers #630 in Indianapolis In. I expected to have curbside pickup at 12:30. I arrived at 12:22. My receipt number is [protected]. My Order ID is AAA3HLV39QAE. I order 2 large chili Supremes, 2 large cheese curds 1 large Coke Zero, I large Fanta. My total was 34.60. Not only did I wait until 1243 for someone to come out with someone else's order I had to proceed to go into the store and see about my order. I was dumbfounded to see that my order was just being prepared. We did not get the sour cream with our chili but they put in buttermilk ranch dressing. The woman told me she had been on break and was sorry for the delay.
