The burgers are so squished and over cooked they are crunchy and unedible or they have been sitting in the bun and they are soggy. They would have a great product if they were more concerned about how they prepare their product. What is even worse is their customer service, they make you feel like you are responsible for them selling a bad product. They are rude and have zero customer service skills.
