AMC Theatres

On October 16th at 6:50 PM I went to the AMC Castleton theatre to see the movie Tenant. When my friend and I sat down in the theatre, we immediately realized there was something wrong with the speakers. The main speaker on the right side of the theatre was broken, so all the sounds were muffled, but it was also extremely loud. So loud in fact that several other movie-goers left the movie early on because it was so painful to stay in that theatre. The people in the theatre that stayed to watch all had to sit with their hands over their ears to make it bearable. It was the worst movie experience I have ever had, and I am frustrated that the movie tickets are $13 each and that was the type of experience I got for my money.
