Walmart

Terrible experience from the online walmart.com and the store located at Lima Rd in Fort Wayne. I purchase a gift for my Stepson for $162 dollars online. The order was place successfully and about an hour later they cancelled my order. The online department stated it was no longer available. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get resolution from the online department and received no help. I reached out to the Lima Rd store because it still showed online store pick up available. I spoke to the store manager who refused to match the deal. If I wanted the gift I had to pay more. She stated that's "how they get you" to purchase items online. She offered me a small break on the price but not the complete order I purchased. I felt neither one really cared at all. There is no such thing as customer service. I will not be shopping at Walmart any longer. Target and Meijer are so much better with their customer service and prices
