On May 30th, 2018 I had a trailer hitch installed on my 2018 Honda CRV by the company listed above. On November 7th, 2019 my exhaust pipe dropped and wobbled about. I took it to the Honda dealer for repair where I was told that the reason for the failure was that "someone" had removed the exhaust system in order to install a trailer hitch. When the hitch was installed, exhaust pipe hangers were never reinstalled and the single remaining exhaust pipe support, which was never intended to carry the full weight of the pipe, eventually cracked and failed. The necessary repair cost me $452.49. U-Haul needs to at least be aware that they failed to install my hitch correctly and that as a result I suffered the expense above.
