Texas Roadhouse

On May 5, 2023 at 2:44pm my husband and I took his sister to Texas Roadhouse in Avon, Indiana for lunch. She is battling stage 4 cancer and suffers from tremendous headaches. I kindly asked the server Hailey to turn the music down slightly to make our lunch more enjoyable. She said she didn't think she could but would ask. The music was extremely loud and the cancer patient was having trouble hearing. The server returned quickly and said she couldn't turn it down. I assume this is a management decision and that the volume can be controlled. Our lunch experience was very disappointing. Please be kind and considerate of others as you never know what they're going through. I didn't think the request was out of line.
