Casey's - Manager

So problems didn't start till my third week. She had hired me and discussed pushing a younger guy out because he was disruptive. More recent my check was late because it was a paper check my bank was having issues and I couldn't use them for direct deposit. She knew the mail would be late so I had asked if she would call corporate to make sure it's on its way. By Saturday she was angry with my for being upset for not being paid my first check she didn't have any interest in helping just told me it's the last time I complain to other workers about it there are two of us still with out a check 3 days later. I told her I have to wait for it to come in and I can't come in till it's here I have to pay rent I'm late and have been threatened with a eviction. Iessaged her on Facebook to let her know it's my first check here and I need to stay home till the mail ran it's been a horrible weekend I need to come in later. That was a no she starts by saying I don't control the mail your schedule at 2 if you don't show up it's a no call no show. I informed her this is me calling she knows my phone's off till I'm paid. Than she goes off by telling me it's not her issue and I need to be here it's policy that I find my own replacement for the night. I said no you are the manager for our store it is in your job description to help the store in case of emergencys this being one. So than she threatens to fire me for not coming in and because Indiana is a fire for anything state she can just let me know I informed her that this is retaliation for me letting her know ahead of time that I am not able to come in and because I will not allow somebody to talk down to me and act like they can step on me whenever they want it is unprofessional and it is unbecoming of anybody running a store. She continued to tell me that because I've had other customers complain about me that she can let me go for those reasons at the same time those people are the ones that have called me horrible names that I will not repeat in the feed but they start with n, f, b, and s.

Desired outcome: For her to learn that treating other employees with respect is the way to go not to jump on those she personally don't like.
