Reserved a Non-Smoking Superior King at this location 24 days in advance, in Sept 2015. Vips Patel, the General Manager, did not honor my reservation (even with written proof) and assigned us a substandard room at the same price. When I complained, he did not honor the Red Roof Inn "No Hassle Guarantee, " but gave us a discount of $20/night. Trust me, we slept with one eye open, as the room was disgusting. We would have left in an instant if the hotels weren't experiencing a sell-out weekend. Wrote to the Corporate Office, but received a form letter stating that they would take corrective measures, but no mention of compensating us for our inconvenience. We believe that the No Hassle Guarantee should have been honored or, at the least, that we be given a free night certificate for future use.
