Have supported this business since its opening in early Fall of 2018 on monthly basis.
Always check in on-line before going to this business.
On 02-05-2019, I checked in with "0" minutes waiting. I actually live within a 3 minute drive to this business. When I got there, I was told by business mgr, that my wait time was now 15 minutes.I told her, I couldnt wait due to fact, I had a work commitment in 1/2 hr. I feel if a customer checks in and wait time is 0 minutes, then that business should honor that commitment.Why have a on -line check in if, you cant honor it.
15 minutes might not seem like alot to wait for, but I had time restriction, and could not wait 15 minutes.I checked in to this establishment only because of zero wait time.
Most likely will find new salon for haircut services, that honors its policy.

The 0 minute wait is if you are in the salon at that time. If people walk in and your not there they are going to take the people who are there at that moment. If you aren't smart enough to know that that's your problem
Quite possibly, someone was walking in the door while you were using online check-in.
